ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of North Mankato will be requesting Statements of Qualifications from Architectural and Engineering organizations for the design of the Public Works Facility and for related pre-construction and procurement A/E services. The City of North Mankato will receive printed Statements of Qualifications for the Project at the North Mankato City Hall located at 1001 Belgrade Avenue, North Mankato, MN 56003, until Friday, January 31, 2025, at 4:30 PM local time. See Requests for Qualifications for details on preparing and submitting the Statement of Qualifications. Project Information and Proposal Documents can be found on the City’s website. CITY ATTORNEY. The City of South St. Paul is seeking written proposals to retain the services of a professional legal consultant to provide civil legal services to the City and act in the role of City Attorney. The City Attorney is expected to provide a wide range of general legal services for the City and act in an advisory capacity to the City Council, City Administrator, City Staff, and appointed committees as directed. Basic services for this proposal include those legal services generally understood within the field of municipal law to fall within the category of “general counsel” work, and are outlined in the Request for Proposals which can be found at (http://www.southstpaul.org/930/2025-Legal-Services). ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of Rush City is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for engineering services related to the extension of sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer and street to serve a 32-acre industrial site owned by Rush City. HOMEOWNER ACCESSIBILITY GRANT PROGRAM. The Blaine Economic Development Authority (EDA) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified non-profit and for profit service providers to design and administer a program promoting accessibility and fall prevention. Program must include an assessment of the accessibility needs based on the physical characteristics of individual homes and their residents and administration of a small grant program. HOUSING STUDY. The Montevideo Economic Development Authority is inviting proposals for a comprehensive housing study encompassing all of Chippewa County, with a particular focus on Clara City and the City of Montevideo.  The full posting details are available online. Questions on the RFP can be directed to Jessica Dahms, Community Development Coordinator: [email protected]. MANAGED IT SERVICE PROVIDER. The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District is seeking proposals for a managed IT service provider who on a day-to-day basis manages and maintains the District’s IT infrastructure and network. IT provider will also play a key role in a comprehensive update of the District’s IT systems. These efforts will be directed by external IT firms operating under separate contracts, however the IT managed services provider will play a key role by collaborating and supporting these vendors to configure server infrastructure and ensure seamless network access. REDEVELOPMENT. The City of Pine City is seeking proposals from developers interested in purchasing and redeveloping a 1.55-acre site at 315 Main Street South in downtown Pine City. SIGN CODE UPDATE. The City of Golden Valley is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide technical assistance in updating the city’s sign code. With active collaboration from city staff, the selected consultant will conduct an update of Chapter 105 and relevant sections of Chapter 113 with an emphasis on user-friendliness, consistency, and compatibility with state statutes and relevant case law.
